If you think you have received the wrong item, or you found your item is broken or defective, we are happy to exchange the item for you!
*Consumer Electronics: within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will have a full coverage. If the item is defective, you can return the item to us and we will replace it with a completely new one for you. However, it does not apply to any damages due to misuse or mishandling of the item. Also, it does not cover fair wear and tear. In order to be eligible for a replacement, please kindly return the item with the original packaging and accessories.
